The museum is great to bring people visiting Canberra. For return visitors, there are plenty of stories and details that you don't catch the first time around. Also, their temporary exhibitions are always worth the entry fee.

Nice museum but not overly family friendly. Many levels which are difficult to access with a pram. The information was presented nicely but the first Australian gallery felt sterile and lacking the warmth of the other gallery's.

Nice place. Visited it for a 2 day conference. The surrounds were very nice to look at, the museum itself was interesting, and the food/catering was good too. The services of whiteboards/microphones/presentation-type material was also of high quality.
